The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse between July 21 to August 1:

* Jodie Prescott (29), of Colombo Crescent, Weston. Assaulting a police officer: Eight-week community order with curfew, ordered to pay £75 compensation, £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge. Failure to obey police dispersal order: No separate penalty. Threatening behaviour: No separate penalty.

* Reece Green (22), of Kensington Road, Weston. Breach of restraining order: 26 weeks in prison suspended for two years, 12-week curfew, ordered to carry out 200 hours’ unpaid community work, and to pay £620 costs and £80 victim surcharge.

* Robert Przybyl (31), of Oxford Street, Weston. Failure to provide a breath specimen: Eight weeks in prison suspended for two years, six-month curfew, ordered to pay £85 costs and £80 victim surcharge, banned from driving for three years. Driving while disqualified: No separate penalty. Driving without insurance: No separate penalty.

* Daniel Bardovskis (26), of Longridge Way, Weston. Assault: Sent to prison for four months, 12-month restraining order. Breach of suspended sentence: Sent to prison for two months (consecutive).

* Tracey Lapham (51), of Dormeads View, Weston. Assault: Four-week community order with curfew, ordered to pay £85 costs plus £60 victim surcharge and £50 compensation.

* Deborah Letch (47), of Lower Kewstoke Road, Weston. Two counts of fraud: Six-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £10 compensation, £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

* Simon Holding (36), of Saville Road, Weston. Harassment: 12-month community order, ordered to carry out 150 hours’ unpaid community work, two-year restraining order, ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

* Adam Lawrence (23), of Sandford Road, Weston. Assault: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 100 hours’ unpaid community work. Criminal damage: Ordered to pay £32.98 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

* Cona Elliss (21), of Trelissick Gardens, Weston. Theft: Six-month community order with curfew, ordered to pay £569.96 compensation, plus £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

* Christopher Nicholas (42), of Woodland Road, Weston. Two counts of theft: Two-year conditional discharge, ordered to pay £119.94 compensation plus £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

* Peter Phillips (52), of Flowerdown Road, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined £585 plus £85 costs and £58 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 18 months.

* Barbara Rushton (29), of Sunnyside Road, Weston. Possession of class B drug: 12-month community order, ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

* Christopher Sheppard (23), of Sunnyside Road, Weston. Assault: 12-month community order with five-week curfew, ordered to carry out 100 hours’ unpaid community work, and to pay £620 costs and £60 victim surcharge. Threatening behaviour: No separate penalty.

* Daniel Brown (26), of Canberra Crescent, Locking. Threatening behaviour: Fined £240 plus £85 costs and £24 victim surcharge.

* James Hall (23), of Bournville Road, Weston. Resisting a police officer: Fined £160 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge. Threatening behaviour:12-month conditional discharge.

* Adam Dymock (27), of Waverley Road, Weston. Two counts of possession of class B drug: Sent to prison for four weeks, ordered to pay £85 costs. Two counts of breach of suspended sentence: Sent to prison for 12 weeks (consecutive).

* Stephen Goodhand (30), of Sunnyside Road, Weston. Criminal damage: Fined £215 and ordered to pay £100 compensation, £85 costs and £21 victim surcharge.

* Roger Stabbins (43), of Palmers Elm, Hewish. Drink-driving: Fined £300 plus £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 20 months.
