The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse between August 4-8:

* Neil Hornett (43), of Alfred Street, Weston. Breach of conditions of Sexual Offences Act: 12-month community order, ordered to carry out 120 hours’ unpaid community work, and pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

* Beryl Robert (67), of Brockley Close, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined £110 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 14 months.

* Robert Salmon (33), of Mendip Rise, Locking. Assault: 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £300 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

* Bryan Hodge (74), of Stradling Avenue, Weston. Assault: 12-month conditional discharge. Threatening behaviour: Fined £91 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

* Natasha Montana (45), of Chaucer Road, Weston. Possession of class B drug: Fined £73 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge. Drunk and disorderly behaviour: 12-month conditional discharge.

* Jonathan O’Brien (35), of Byron Road, Locking. Threatening behaviour: Fined £225 plus £85 costs and £22 victim surcharge.

* Paul Brooks (46), of Dean Close, Worle. Assault: 12-month community order, ordered to carry out 120 hours’ unpaid community work, and pay £200 compensation, £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge. Two counts of theft: Ordered to pay £9.48 compensation. Failure to surrender: No separate penalty.

* Neil Blake (23), of Atlantic Road, Weston. Threatening behaviour: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 60 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

* Jack Board (24), of Hatfield Road, Weston. Assault: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 60 hours’ unpaid community work, 12-month restraining order, ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge. Criminal damage: Ordered to pay £75 compensation.

* Daniel Bond (26), of Walliscote Road, Weston. Theft: Two-year restraining order, ordered to carry out 120 hours’ unpaid community work and pay £24 compensation, £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge. Assault occasioning actual bodily harm: No separate penalty.

* Ann Bettridge (61), of Pennycress, Weston. Theft: Fined £37 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

* Matthew Nealon (25), of Kilve, Dunster Crescent, Weston: Drink-driving: Fined £320 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 18 months.

* Lethukuthla Lukhele (31), of Sunnyside Road, Weston. Assault: 12-month community order, ordered to carry out 80 hours’ unpaid community work, 12-month restraining order, and ordered to pay £500 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

* Benjamin Kinsella (23), of Holms Road, Weston. Possession of a bladed item: Four-month community order and curfew, ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

* Jonathan Walters (30), of Dickenson Road, Weston. Assault: Fined £400 and ordered to pay £100 compensation, £85 costs and £40 victim surcharge.
