The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse between May 19 and June 3:

Ryan Tanner (21), of Southside, Weston. Assault: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 80 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

Nigel Adams (35), of Priston Close, Weston. Three counts of breach of restraining order: 12 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay £235 costs and £80 victim surcharge.

Arron Fowler (23), of Hobart Road, Weston. Criminal damage: Fined £95 and ordered to pay £150 compensation plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Lesley Price (36), of West Street, Weston. Assault: Fined £110 and ordered to pay £235 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Sean Tucker (21), of Milton Brow, Weston. Criminal damage: Fined £105 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Michael Fox (33), of Church Street, Highbridge. Driving without due care and attention: Fined £600 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge, banned from driving for six months.

Ahmed Fofanah (34), of Fallowfield, Weston. Assault: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 150 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £500 costs, £100 compensation and £60 victim surcharge.

Mark Nelson (39), of Alfred Street, Weston. Assault: 18-month community order with six-month curfew, ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

Martyn Devonshire (49), of Severn Road, Weston. Assaulting a police officer: Fined £110 and ordered to pay £250 costs, £50 compensation and £20 victim surcharge. Resisting a police officer: Fined £110. Causing a public nuisance: Fined £35 plus £50 costs.

Kirsti Gills (39), of Brighton Road, Weston. Theft: 12-month community order, ordered to pay £154.56 compensation plus £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

Christopher Bracey (23), of Pembroke Road, Weston. Criminal damage: 12-month community order with six-week curfew, ordered to carry out 100 hours’ unpaid community work, and ordered to pay £2,116.99 compensation, £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

Oliver Emery (32), of Rooksbridge Road, Rooksbridge. Drink-driving: Fined £110 and ordered to pay £235 costs, banned from driving for 12 months.

Jack Insall (19), of Walliscote Road, Weston. Threatening behaviour: Fined £65 plus £235 costs and £20 victim surcharge. Breach of suspended sentence: 12 weeks in prison suspended for 15 months.

Steven Lansdowne (54), of Bakers Lane, Langford. Drink-driving: Fined £400 and ordered to pay £235 costs and £40 victim 
surcharge, banned from driving for 46 months.

Churchill. Criminal damage: One day’s 
detention, 12-month restraining order, fined £170 and ordered to pay £150 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Darron Smith (49), of Wick Road, Wick St Lawrence. Drink-driving: Fined £250 and ordered to pay £235 costs and £25 victim 
surcharge, banned from driving for 38 months.

James Packer (24), of Locking Road, Weston. Criminal damage: Six-month 
community order, ordered to pay £990 compensation plus £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

Adam Lawrence (24), of Sandford Road, Weston. Drink-driving: Ordered to pay £235 costs and £25 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 13 months.

Joshua Owen (19), of Ridgeway Avenue, Weston. Threatening behaviour: Fined £73 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Joseph Johnson (23), of Queensway, Worle. Drink-driving: Fined £210 and ordered to pay £620 costs plus £21 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 36 months.

Slawomir Micex (38), of Alfred Street, Weston. Breach of restraining order: Fined £240 plus £265 costs and £24 victim 
surcharge.
