AN IMPRESSIVE craft fair was held in Kewstoke at the weekend.

The event was run by Trios Crafts and saw the village hall in Crookes Lane transformed into a vintage tearoom with a range of stalls selling arts and crafts.

Julie Hooper, who runs the company, said: “Crafters and public alike braved the wind and the rain to attend this year’s first fair in Kewstoke.

“Considering the awful weather the event went well. There were many talented local crafters each selling hand-made items and, of course, after browsing the stalls there’s nothing better than tea and cake.”

The craft fair will now be held from 2pm on the last Sunday of every month.
