Crews put out Worle shed fire

FIREMEN put out a ‘sizeable’ shed fire in Worle yesterday using high pressure hoses.

The shed and fence in Knight Close caught fire at around 12.30pm, with crews from Weston putting it out within half an hour of attending at12.52pm.

A spokesman for Avon Fire and Rescue Service said: “It was quite a sizeable fire, and crews used high pressure hose reel and jets to put it out.”
