TWO teenage boys will appear at Bristol Crown Court later this month in connection with the alleged rape of a 13-year-old girl on Christmas Eve.
The 16-year-old boys, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at Bristol Magistrates Court with their parents on Friday over the alleged incidents.
One of the boys is charged with two counts of rape against a 13-year-old girl on December 24 last year, and the other is charged with aiding the rape of the teenager. The court documents say two of the alleged offences took place in the area of the Bournville estate, while the third incident is said to have occurred in a nearby alley.
The two teenagers, who were charged under the Sexual Offences Act of 2003, are expected to stand trial in Bristol this month.
