A MAN charged with making explosives will appear before magistrates today (Mon).
Phillip Leonard, aged 36, was arrested on Friday morning after a warrant was carried out at a house in Beatty Way, Burnham.
He will now appear at Sedgemoor Magistrates Court today to face four charges of making explosives.
Neighbours had to be evacuated on Friday after a 100m safety cordon was put in place, which was lifted later that night.
