FORMER Weston mayor Phillip Judd’s case of possessing and making indecent images and movies of children has been deferred.
Judd appeared at Bristol Crown Court this morning (Thurs) facing 11 counts of downloading indecent photographs of a child between September 2011 and May 2013, and one count of possessing a prohibited image of a child.
The 59-year-old will now take fresh legal advice ahead of his next appearance in two weeks.
Judd has been released on unconditional bail.
