A 77-YEAR-OLD Banwell farmer has appeared in court charged with three counts of sexual assault.
Cesil Harding, of Wolvershill Road, went before magistrates at North Somerset Courthouse in St Georges on November 18.
Mr Harding asked for his case to be transferred to Bristol Crown Court for trial.
He was released on bail and will appear at North Somerset Courthouse for committal on January 13.
