? Daniel Evans (34), of Homefield Close, Weston. Using violence to secure entry: One-year community order with five-month curfew, ordered to pay �85 costs. Assault: Ordered to pay �200 compensation.

? Damien Dowell (22), of The Barrows, Weston. Theft: One-year community order, ordered to carry out 100 hours’ unpaid community work. Assault: Ordered to pay �100 compensation. Cultivating a class B drug: No separate penalty.

? Kerry Miles (27), of Brompton Road, Weston. Threatening behaviour: Fined �35 plus �85 costs and �15 victim surcharge. Drunk and disorderly behaviour: Fined �35 plus �85 costs and �15 victim surcharge.

? Andrew Moore (34), of Locking Road, Weston. Assault: Six-month community order, ordered to pay �50 compensation. Criminal damage: Fined �65 and ordered to pay �10 compensation, �35 costs and �15 victim surcharge.

? Christine Gullick (47), of Bransby Way, Weston. Threatening behaviour: Fined �100 plus �210 compensation and �15 costs.

? John Pyke (43), of Bransby Way, Weston. Threatening behaviour: Fined �100 plus �210 compensation and �15 costs.
