The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse between March 12-16:
* Deborah Dade (41), of Knightstone Close, Axbridge. Seven counts of theft: Sent to prison for four months.
* Antony Smith (34), of Dunster Crescent, Weston. Driving a stolen vehicle: 12-month conditional discharge. Driving without insurance: Fined �100 plus �85 costs and �15 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with six penalty points. Driving without a licence: Fined �35.
* Rachel Ford (40), of Windermere Avenue, Weston. Two counts of theft: Six-month community order with six-week curfew. Breach of conditional discharge; No separate penalty.
* Mark Gosling (28), of Brompton Road, Weston. Theft: Six-month community order with six-week curfew.
* Michael Hick (48), of Milton Road, Weston. Threatening behaviour: Fined �85 plus �85 costs and �15 victim surcharge.
* Neil Jackson (39), of Bransby Way, Weston. Two counts of theft: Six-month community order with 10-week curfew. Breach of conditional discharge: No separate penalty.
* Tyler Kibby (21), of Monkton Avenue, Weston. Threatening behaviour: Fined �35 plus �85 costs and �15 victim surcharge.
* Lee Mulholland (27), of Barley Cross, Wick St Lawrence. Production of class B drug: Six-month community order with four-month curfew, ordered to pay �85 costs.
* Samantha Rickman (24), of Monkton Avenue, Weston. Possession of a firearm: One month in prison suspended for 12 months, six-week curfew.
* Stewart Rickman (23), of Monkton Avenue, Weston. Possession of a firearm: Two months in prison suspended for 12 months, six-week curfew.
* Neil Simons (37), of Windwhistle Circus, Weston. Threatening behaviour: Fined �35, ordered to pay �15 victim surcharge.
* John Stevens (53), of Avon Close, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined �100 plus �85 costs and �15 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 20 months. Driving without insurance: Fined �100.
* Salim Mwita (29), of Tregelles Close, Burnham. Driving while unfit through drink: One-year community order with requirement to carry out 120 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay �85 costs and banned from driving for four years. Driving without a licence: No separate penalty. Driving without insurance: No separate penalty.
* Mark Instone (36), of Bridge Road, Weston. Possession of class B drug: One day’s detention, fined �100 and ordered to pay �85 costs and �15 victim surcharge. Two counts of possession of class A drug: Fined �200. Failure to surrender: Six-month conditional discharge.
* Darren Wright (38), of North Avenue, Highbridge. Criminal damage: One-year community order with requirement to carry out 120 hours’ unpaid community work. Assault: One-year restraining order, ordered to pay �100 compensation and �100 costs.
