The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse between November 29 and December 5:
n Gavin Lee (33), of Stanley Road, Weston. Assault: Six-month community order with three-month curfew, ordered to pay �85 costs.
n William Tasker (65), of Hutton Moor Lane, Weston. Breach of restraining order: Fined �250 plus �85 costs and �15 victim surcharge. Breach of conditional discharge: No separate penalty.
n Wayne Fairfax (35), of Brompton Road, Weston. Theft: Seven-week community order with curfew, ordered to pay �85 costs. Failure to surrender: No separate penalty.
n Roger Dare (41), of Alfred Street, Weston. Theft: Two weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, four-week curfew. Possession of a bladed item in a public place: 16 weeks in prison (consecutive) suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay �85 costs and �80 victim surcharge.
n Mark Hill (31), of Severn Road, Weston. Threatening behaviour: Fined �37 plus �85 costs and �15 victim surcharge. Failure to surrender: Fined �37.
n Kelly Redmond (30), of Brompton Road, Weston. Theft: Seven-week community order with curfew, ordered to pay �85 costs. Failure to surrender: No separate penalty.
n Peter Gustar (56), of Stormont Close, Weston. Possession of class B drug: Six months in prison suspended for 18 months, 13-week curfew, ordered to pay �85 costs. Possession of class B drug with intent to supply: No separate penalty.
n Jason Tippett (41), of Dunster Crescent, Weston. Assault: Ordered to pay �100 compensation plus �85 costs.
n Kayleigh Brean (18), of Riverside, Banwell. Threatening behaviour: Fined �75 plus �85 costs and �20 victim surcharge. Breach of conditional discharge: Fined �25.
n David Byrne (66), of Stonebridge Road, Weston. Assaulting a police officer: Six-month community order, ordered to pay �85 costs and �60 victim surcharge.
n Erica Frost-Street (38), of Sloe Close, Weston. Two counts of theft: 12-week community order with curfew, ordered to pay �85 costs.
n Brady Honeyman (30), of Bournville Road, Weston. Possession of class B drug: Fined �110 plus �15 victim surcharge.
n Gary Hynam (42), of Churchill Road, Weston. Breach of ASBO: Six-week community order with curfew, ordered to pay �85 costs.
n Matthew Robbins (43), of Drove Road, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined �110 plus �85 costs and �15 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 12 months.
n Corey Parrotte (21), of Bronte Close, Weston. Two counts of theft: 12-month community order, with requirement to carry out 120 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay �153.37 compensation plus �85 costs. Failure to surrender: No separate penalty.
n Ian Heather (31), of Alexander Mews, Weston. Assault: 18-month community order, ordered to pay �85 costs and �60 victim surcharge.
n David Emery (25), of Merryfield Road, Locking. Assault occasioning actual bodily harm: Sent to prison for six months, ordered to pay �300 compensation. Assault: Four months in prison (concurrent).
n Kevin Porter (47), of Milton Road, Weston. Theft: Fined �85 plus �15 victim surcharge.
n Rebecca Thompson (36), of Saxon Court, St Georges. Assault: 16-week community order and curfew, ordered to pay �300 compensation.
n Danny Lucas (21), of Coleridge Road, Weston. Two counts of assault: Sent to prison for 15 weeks. Breach of community order: Eight weeks in prison (concurrent).
n John Yeo (41), of Regent Street, Weston. Theft: Eight weeks in prison suspended for 18 months, ordered to pay �187 compensation.
n Paul Barber (40), of Jubilee Road, Weston. Theft: Sent to prison for six weeks. Resisting a police officer: No separate penalty.
n Jonathan Harris (22), of Ashcombe Road, Weston. Harassment: Fined �110 plus �85 costs and �15 victim surcharge.
n Christina Brown (34), of Hill Road, Weston. Racially-aggravated assault: Four weeks in prison, ordered to pay �80 victim surcharge.
n Connor Baker (18), of Argyle Avenue, Weston. Burglary: 12-month community order with 12-week curfew, ordered to pay �20 compensation plus �100 costs. Two counts of breach of community order: No separate penalty.
n Nathan Giles (23), of Baynard Close, Blagdon. Production of a class B drug: Four months in prison, suspended for 12 months, ordered to carry out 50 hours’ unpaid community work, and pay �85 costs.
