The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse between May 14-23:
* Joe Gullick (18), of Sunnyside Road, Weston. Assault: 18-week community order with curfew, ordered to pay £150 compensation plus £50 costs and £60 victim surcharge.
* Joshua Spence (25), of Anson Road, Locking. Two counts of assault: Six months in prison suspended for two years, three-month curfew, ordered to pay £450 costs plus £250 compensation and £80 victim surcharge.
* Patrick Mason (29), of Atlantic Road, Weston. Assault: Fined £260 plus £200 costs and £26 victim surcharge.
* Alec Chase (29), of Thompson Way, West Wick. Assault: Fined £480 plus £85 costs, £100 compensation and £48 victim surcharge.
* James Davies (22), of Hopkins Street, Weston. Theft: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 60 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge. Breach of suspended sentence: Ordered to carry out 240 hours’ unpaid community work.
* Gary Jackson (29), of Moorland Road, Weston. Theft: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 60 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.
* Mark Welch (28), of Moorland Road, Weston. Theft: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 40 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.
* Samuel Fisher (22), of Quantock Road, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined £110 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 12 months. Failure to surrender: No separate penalty.
* Donald Palmer (41), of Baker Street, Weston. Theft: Six-week community order with curfew, ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.
* Michael Abbotts (35), of Upper Bristol Road, Weston. Interfering with a motor vehicle: 12-month community order with requirement to complete 120 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £500 costs and £60 victim surcharge.
* Timothy Small (37), of Clifton Road, Weston. Two counts of theft: Two-year conditional discharge, ordered to pay £85 costs plus £15 victim surcharge. Two counts of criminal damage: No separate penalty.
