The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse between June 14-19:
* James Kelly (35), of Jay View, Weston. Four counts of theft: 14 weeks in prison suspended for two years, 12-month community order, ordered to pay £124.30 compensation plus £85 costs and £140 victim surcharge.
* Christopher Kibby (41), of Clevedon Road, Weston. Four counts of theft: 12-month community order, ordered to pay £85 costs, £60 victim surcharge and £25 compensation.
* Adrian Marsland (19), of Dumfries Place, Weston. Criminal damage: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 120 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £150 compensation plus £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge. Three counts of breach of conditional discharge: No separate penalty.
* Daniel Cronin (41), of Severn Road, Weston. Theft: Six-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £50 costs.
* Michael Sudak (26), of Jubilee Road, Weston. Two counts of assault: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 180 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £250 compensation plus £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.
* Melissa Champion (29), of Brunel Way, Yatton. Fare-dodging: Fined £400 plus £130 costs, £40 victim surcharge and £3.80 compensation.
* Vanessa Coates (22), of Wadham Street, Weston. Fare-dodging: Fined £400 plus £130 costs, £40 victim surcharge and £6.85 compensation.
* Ben Gregory, of Milton Brow, Weston. Fare-dodging: Fined £400 plus £130 costs, £40 victim surcharge and £2 compensation.
* Mike Symons (18), of Moor Lane, Weston. Fare-dodging: Fined £400 plus £130 costs, £40 victim surcharge and £1 compensation.
* Nathan Strachan (36), of Severn Road, Weston. Fare-dodging: Fined £400 plus £130 costs, £40 victim surcharge and £2 compensation.
* Ryan Tanner (19), of New Bristol Road, Weston. Two counts of fare-dodging: Fined £900 plus £310 costs, £40 victim surcharge and £5.80 compensation.
* Andrew Golledge (44), of Coleridge Road, Weston. Drunk and disorderly behaviour: Six-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.
