The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse between August 20 to September 1:
* Wesley Haynes (34), of Shrubbery Road, Weston. Criminal damage: Two weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, ordered to carry out 100 hours’ unpaid community work, and pay £775 costs and £80 victim surcharge. Two counts of assault: 12 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months.
* Wayne Boyce (39), of Walnut Close, Cheddar. Two counts of assault: Two-year community order, ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.
* Stephen McArthy (61), of Church Road, Redhill. Theft: Sent to prison for four weeks. Failure to surrender: No separate penalty. Breach of suspended sentence: Sent to prison for eight weeks (consecutive).
* David Ogborne (34), of Mendip View, Butcombe. Assault: Two-year community order with restraining order, ordered to pay £85 costs plus £60 victim surcharge.
* Callum Spokes (18), of Crookes Lane, Kewstoke. Assaulting a police officer: Fined £91 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.
* Jackie Flett (44), of Rudhall Green, Weston. Assaulting a police officer: Fined £73 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge. Threatening behaviour: Fined £73.
* Alex Edwards (36), of Dickenson Road, Weston. Theft: 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.
* Jamie Garside (27), of Lilac Way, Wick St Lawrence. Assault: Five weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay £100 compensation, £85 costs and £80 victim surcharge. Criminal damage: Ordered to pay £50 compensation.
* Jonathan O’Brien (35), of Byron Road, Weston. Threatening behaviour: Fined £285 plus £85 costs and £25 victim surcharge.
* Jordan Watson (19), of Henley Park, Yatton. Criminal damage: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 40 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £216 compensation, £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.
* Jordan Bowers (19), of Bridge Road, Weston. Two counts of criminal damage: Ordered to pay £434.98 compensation. Possession of a air rifle: No separate penalty.
* Paul Tweedy (53), of Birchwood Avenue, Weston. Assault: Fined £73 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.
* Benjamin White (29), of Brompton Road, Weston. Two counts of theft: Sent to prison for 56 days.
* Callum Climo (18), of Totterdown Road, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined £91 plus £80 costs and £20 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 22 months.
* Michael Else (32), of Church Street, Highbridge. Theft: Fined £91 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.
* Dean Godfrey (38), of Meadow Street, Weston. Theft: 12-month community order, with requirement to carry out 60 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.
* Mark Churchill (19), of Mendip Road, Yatton. Threatening behaviour: 18-month community order, ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge. Theft: Fined £110 and ordered to pay £55 compensation.
* Hannah Payne (20), of Mendip Road, Yatton. Threatening behaviour: 12 weeks in prison suspended for 24 months, ordered to pay £125 compensation, £85 costs and £80 victim surcharge. Assault: Ordered to pay £50 compensation. Assaulting a police officer: Ordered to pay £100 compensation.
* Scott Neale-Glinn (37), of Royal Crescent, Weston. Three counts of breach of restraining order: 12 weeks in prison suspended for two years, ordered to pay £620 compensation plus £80 costs.
* Ventsislav Spirov (45), of Knightstone Road, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined £240 plus £85 costs and £24 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 20 months.
* Steven Smith (31), of Alfred Street, Weston. Assault: Four weeks in prison suspended for 18 months, ordered to pay £200 compensation, £620 costs and £80 victim surcharge.
* Wayne Raithby (31), of Austen Drive, Weston. Assault: 18-month conditional discharge and restraining order, ordered to pay £200 costs, £60 victim surcharge and £50 compensation.
* Connor Morss (19), of Pastures Avenue, Weston. Drunk and disorderly behaviour: Six-month community order with four-month curfew. Assaulting a police officer: Fined £65 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge. Breach of conditional discharge: Fined £65.
