The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse between November 28 and December 4:

Paul Hurst (36), of Coleridge Road, Weston. Theft: Three-month community order with curfew, ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge.

Huaya Li (53), of Shrubbery Walk West, Weston. Driving without due care and attention: Fined £95, ordered to pay £35 costs and £20 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with three penalty points.

Scarlet Rain (29), of George Street, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 12 months.

Connor Morss (19), of Pastures Avenue, Weston. Assault: 12-month community order with 16-week curfew, ordered to complete 200 hours’ unpaid community work, and pay £250 compensation, £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge. Breach of community order: No separate penalty.

Ralph Hailstone (66), of Clarence Road South, Weston. Harassment: 10 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, five-year restraining order, ordered to pay £250 compensation, £620 costs and £80 victim surcharge. Wilful interruption of court proceedings: One day’s detention. Sexual assault: Six weeks in prison (consecutive) suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay £250 compensation plus £620 costs. Harassment: No separate penalty.

James Lawrence (19), of Charlton Road, Weston. Criminal damage: 12-month community order with six-month curfew, ordered to pay £300 costs and £60 victim surcharge. Assault: No separate penalty. Two counts of threatening behaviour: No separate penalty. Possession of a bladed item: No separate penalty. Criminal damage: Ordered to pay £55 compensation.

Nicholas Shipsey (60), of Tormynton Road, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined £110 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 18 months.

Lethukuthla Lukhele (32), of Sunnyside Road, Weston. Two counts of breach of restraining order: 18-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

Jordan Bowers (19), of Clifton Road, Weston. Theft: Sent to prison for two weeks, ordered to pay £1.60 compensation. Trespassing with intent to steal: Eight weeks in prison (consecutive) and ordered to pay £229 compensation. Theft: Two weeks in prison (consecutive) and ordered to pay £35 compensation.

Jacek Grzegorzewski (45), of Gerard Road, Weston. Failure to provide a breath specimen: 12-month community order with three-month curfew, ordered to carry out 200 hours’ unpaid community work, and pay £85 and £60 costs, banned from driving for three years. Driving while disqualified: No separate penalty. Driving without insurance: No separate penalty. Obstructing a police officer: No separate penalty.
