Sabastian Panek (19), of Walliscote Road, Weston. Possession of imitation firearm: Six-month community order with curfew, ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

Toni Phelps (31), of Heligan Walk, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined £110 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 16 months.

John Carmen (45), of Severn Road, Weston. Driving while disqualified: Sent to prison for four weeks, banned from driving for 12 months. Driving without due care and attention: No separate penalty. Driving without insurance: No separate penalty. Obstructing a police officer: Sent to prison for one week (concurrent). Breach of suspended sentence: Sent to prison for 10 weeks (consecutive).
