The following cases were completed at North Somerset Courthouse between February 13-19:

Lee Bray (31), of Byron Close, Locking. Drink-driving: Fined £645 plus £85 costs and £64 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 12 months.

Richard Hayball (21), of West Street, Weston. Theft: Fined £200, ordered to pay £1,036.35 compensation plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Sebastian Krawczenko (39), of Claremont Crescent, Weston. Two counts of theft: Fined £200 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge. Breach of conditional discharge: Fined £120.

Lewis Murch (26), of Balmoral Way, Weston. Possession of a dog that was dangerously out of control: Fined £135 and ordered to pay £250 compensation, £42.50 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Symone Shields (24), of Balmoral Way, Weston. Possession of a dog which was dangerously out of control, leading to injury: Fined £135 and ordered to pay £250 compensation, £42.50 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Terence Cole (47), of Macfarlane Chase, Weston. Theft: Fined £75 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Jacob Monaghan (25), of Marine Drive, Burnham. Threatening behaviour: Eight-week community order with curfew, ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

Curtis Robertson (19), of Chaucer Road, Weston. Criminal damage: Six-month community order, ordered to pay £275 compensation plus £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge. Assault: Fined £50 and ordered to pay £100 compensation.

Poppy Sibley (18), of Greenhill Way, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined £110 plus £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 18 months.

Zachary Saines (18), of Chaucer Road, Weston. Assaulting a police officer: Eight weeks in a young offender institution, ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge.

Lukasz Prokopik (27), of Ashcombe Gardens, Weston. Criminal damage: Sent to prison for two weeks. Assault: Two weeks in prison (concurrent). Failure to surrender: One week in prison (concurrent). Assaulting a police officer: Sent to prison for 18 weeks (consecutive), ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge. Obstructing a police officer: Two weeks in prison (concurrent). Failure to surrender: One week in prison (consecutive). Threatening behaviour: No separate penalty. Breach of conditional discharge: No separate penalty.

Damien Wierchinski (34), of Regent Street, Weston. Assaulting a police officer: Eight weeks in prison, two-year criminal behaviour order, ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge. Resisting a police officer: Two weeks in prison (concurrent). Failure to surrender: One week in prison (consecutive). Threatening behaviour: No separate penalty.

Mark Critchley (40), of Anson Road, Weston. Criminal damage: 12-month community order with requirement to carry out 160 hours’ unpaid community work, ordered to pay £167 compensation. Assault: Ordered to pay £200 compensation and pay £500 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

Christina Shimell (46), of Derwent Road, Weston. Drink-driving: Fined £110 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge, banned from driving for 17 months.
