A WESTON man has been accused of stealing gold worth nearly �2,000 as well as other goods in a series of raids.
Stephen Kaye, of Brighton Road, appeared in North Somerset Courthouse on Tuesday charged with the theft of gold chains valued at �1,900, and two burglaries where a laptop, camera and cash were stolen.
The 35-year-old has not yet entered a plea to the offences and a trial has been set at Bristol Crown Court on June 14.
He was remanded in custody.
