A MAN who allegedly set fire to a Weston property will appear in Bristol Crown Court next month.
David Bilsby, aged 58, was charged with arson and recklessly endangering life at North Somerset Magistrates Court yesterday (Tuesday).
He allegedly started a fire at a bedsit in Ashcombe Road on Sunday afternoon. Fire crews had to break into the property and rescue one person.
Bilsby will be remanded in custody until his trial on October 4.
