A 24-year-old man has admitted punching another man inside a Weston nightclub last summer.
Andrew Moig, of Station Road in St Georges, pleaded guilty to grievous bodily harm at Vision nightclub.
He received a nine month prison sentence, suspended for two years, and was ordered to pay £3,000 in compensation at a hearing on Tuesday.
