A MAN has been sentenced over a number of car crimes and handling stolen goods in West Wick.
David Gilpin, aged 27, appeared at Bristol Magistrates’ Court on June 25 and was sentenced for three counts of vehicle interference, two counts of receiving stolen goods and one count of handling stolen goods.
Gilpin was handed a 24-week prison sentence, suspended for two years.
He was also ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work, with a 20-day rehabilitation requirement.
He also has to pay prosecution costs, compensation and court charges totalling £440.
