A WESTON businessman has been fined �2,500 and had his licence suspended for selling alcohol outside permitted hours at his bar.
Kiem Mu, of Wolvershill Road in Banwell, appeared at North Somerset Courthouse in St Georges on Monday.
He admitted one charge of allowing alcohol to be sold outside of the hours permitted at Dragon Kiss in Regent Street.
The 38-year-old was fined �2,500 and ordered to pay �887 costs and a �15 victim surcharge following the North Somerset Council prosecution.
He was told his personal licence for the business will be suspended for six months.
