A PENSIONER has appeared at court charged with two counts of indecently assaulting children.
Don Todd, aged 75, appeared at North Somerset Courthouse in St Georges on Tuesday.
The charges relate to two incidents involving children which are alleged to have happened between December 31 1972 and January 31 1974.
The Weston resident will now appear at the courthouse again on March 15, where he will be committed to Bristol Crown Court.
