Jack Evison, aged 16, has been given a scholarship to study musical theatre at CPA – a performing arts school in Essex.

Jack has been a pupil of Tina Counsell School of Dance and Drama, in Weston, since he was four years old and is about to sit his GCSEs at Priory Community School, in Worle.

From September he will move 200 miles from home to study at CPA – but he is unable to afford his living costs. He said: “I will be moving to London to attend college for the duration of the three-year course.

“This literally means the world to me, it has been my dream and all I have ever wanted to do. I live to dance.

“I am determined to succeed, this is my dream and I will do whatever it takes to make it.”
