Drivers are being asked to leave extra time for the journeys this morning (Saturday), after an earlier accident on the M5.
All lanes have reopened after the accident on the southbound carriageway, which happened between J22, for Burnham-on-Sea, and J23 for Bridgwater North.
According to the Avon and Somerset Constabulary website, there are delays in the area and traffic is said to be stop-start, although the accident has now been moved to the hard shoulder.
