A developer is proposing to build 40 new homes on the outskirts of Sandford.
Sutherland Property and Legal Services (SPLS) has been investigating the possibility of building a development on the edge of the village.
The firm is holding a public consultation on September 24 so people can find out more and voice their views.
A spokesman said: “Sutherland Property & Legal Services has been undertaking initial investigations into the potential of delivering new homes on the edge of Sandford village.
“Initial discussions with the parish council have led to several changes to the proposed scheme but SPLS welcome further comment.”
The consultation will take place in Winscombe Community Centre, Sandford Road, from 2-7pm. People will be able to provide feedback on the day. Anyone who cannot attend, can email admin@sutherlandpls.com
