BIRDS of prey displays, cake competitions and The Waggiest Tail dog show, are just some of the activities that will be held at a Somerset village fair.

Berrow village fair, which will be held on June 16 from 11am to 4.30pm, will include a variety of stalls as well as a beer tent, barbecue and cream teas.

Visitors will have the opportunity to have their picture taken with a bird of prey, see a police drug dogs’ demonstration and a Zumba class. There is no entrance fee and the event will be held on the Millennium Field, off Red Road. There will also be a lucky programme draw, where visitors could have the chance to win £50.
