EXCITED children will be wrapping up warm to enjoy an interactive outdoor event in Weston this weekend.

EXCITED children will be wrapping up warm to enjoy an interactive outdoor event in Weston this weekend.

A Do It Yourself Circus Show is being held in Grove Park to help youngsters forget the chilly January weather.

Children's entertainer Steve Apelt will be teaching youngsters some new stunts and tricks at the North Somerset Play Forum event.

Forum manager Quita Allender said: "As January always seems to be a long and depressing month, the play forum likes to do something differend to brighten it up."

The free event takes place from 1.30-3.30pm on Saturday, but if the weather is bad it will be in the Boulevard United Reformed Church in Waterloo Street.
