Avon and Somerset Constabulary police officers believe a Seward Electrical test meter and a pair of binoculars was stolen from someone in Weston-super-Mare some time shortly before June 18.

But they have been unable to identify who they belong to or link them to a specific crime.

PC Duncan Vérel said: “We have a number of items that I believe are also stolen but I have, as yet, been unable to link it to an offence.

“This may be due to it not having been reported or possibly not noticed by the victim.”
