OLDER people will have the opportunity to get to grips with technology in the new year thanks to a joint venture.

Age UK Somerset and Worle Community School have joined together to organise basic computer skills courses.

The non-profit making sessions will run at the school, in Redwing Drive, on five consecutive Thursday afternoons from January 13. Another course will start on March 10.

Places are limited. To book call Justin Parsons on 0845 6434706 or 07948 435966.
