YOU may have thought the panto season was behind you - oh no it isn't!

If you fancy doing something a little bit different this weekend, a village drama group is gearing up to deliver its popular annual panto.

Hutton Drama Club is performing Cinders for its pantomime this year.

The traditional view of Cinderella as polite and gentle is turned on its head in this modern retelling of the classic fairytale.

This side-splitting performance puts a new twist on an old story and drags Cinderella kicking and screaming into the 21st century.

It includes all the favourite characters including the ugly twin sisters and the fairy godmother, along with colourful costumes and set.

The pantomime is by David Tristram and produced by Paula Barker.

It will be performed at Hutton Village Hall in Main Road tomorrow (Friday) at 7.30pm, at 2.30pm and 7.30pm on Saturday and at 2.30pm on Sunday.

Tickets, priced £4-8 or £21 for a family ticket, are available from Hutton Village Stores or by calling 01934 519122 or via www.huttondramaclub.co.uk
