A POLISH man living in Cheddar who tried to drunkenly jump out of a plane and expose himself to a policewoman he then tried to kiss, has been fined.Ryszard Gabryel drank from his bottle of vodka as he caused chaos and panic on an Easyjet flight from Poland to Bristol International Airport, a court heard. The 43-year-old, who does not speak English, stumbled towards the cabin door and tried to open it while pushing stewards away and ranting manically.Gabryel played nervously with his large dark moustache as magistrates fined him £500 and ordered him to pay £60 costs when he appeared at North Somerset Courthouse in St Georges after admitting being drunk on an aircraft. He lives in a caravan in Draycott Road and works for a car cleaning company, earning £60 a week. He sends every penny he can back to his family in Poland.Witnesses say Gabryel, who is married, was unsteady on his feet and appeared confused. After cabin crew members managed to get him to sit down he took a swig from his bottle of vodka and starting shouting at the window.A passenger who spoke Polish told him to fasten his seatbelt but as soon as he did so he started ranting again and undid it.He was arrested when the plane landed at Lulsgate airport and was taken to Weston police station. On the way Gabryel kissed one of the female police officers who arrested him and then he undid his flies in an attempt to flash the bewildered WPC.During the court case he managed to muster the words: 'I am very sorry' and also blessed a woman in Polish who sneezed in the public gallery.
