WESTON town centre transformed into a mini petting zoo when children got up close with rabbits, guinea pigs and chicks.

Puxton Park took some animals to the Italian Gardens as part of the Easter celebrations organised by Weston Business Improvement District (BID).

The BID team also arranged an Easter egg trail to encourage families and visitors to explore the town centre.

The trail follows 12 clues which help youngsters crack a code for a chance to win a prize from Weston Museum. There is also a prize draw with prizes donated by town centre businesses.

The trail continues until April 11, with maps available from the museum in Burlington Street.
