Teachers who are members of the NUT will go on strike on Tuesday. Here are the schools we know to be affected by closures in Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset and Sedgemoor.
* Ashcombe Primary School, Weston-super-Mare – closed to year six pupils who will be going to Hans Price, Priory or Worle secondary schools in September.
* Baytree School, Weston – closed to Yellow, Worle and Uphill classes.
* Castle Batch Primary School, Worle – partially closed.
* Churchill Primary School, Churchill – closed to years one, four and five.
* Hans Price Academy, Weston – closed to years seven to nine.
* Herons Moor Primary School, West Wick – closed to 1H, 1M, 2H, 2M, 3H, 3M, 4H, 5M, 6H, 6M.
* Kings Of Wessex Academy, Cheddar.
* King Alfred School, Highbridge.
* Locking Primary School – Locking.
* Milton Park Primary School, Milton.
* Priory Community School, Worle.
* St Andrew’s Primary School, Congresbury – decision to be made ‘at the last minute’ but it is advising parents to treat school as open, unless ‘otherwise informed’.
* St Martin’s Primary School, Worle – closed to Ash, Elm, Maple, 3E, 3J, 3S, 4JC, 5O, 5D, 6S and 6U.
* Worle Community School, Worle.
