A SCHOOL’S chicken sponsorship scheme has scored its first major coup after a famous actor agreed to adopt an animal.
Martin Clunes, star of Men Behaving Badly and Doc Martin, agreed to sponsor one of Hans Price Academy’s hens after being approached at a horse show he was attending in Clevedon.
The chickens are currently available for adoption at 5 each at the academy in Marchfields Way. The fee includes visitation rights and updates via Facebook.
