YOUNGSTERS at Oldmixon Primary School have created a giant’s castle to tell stories in.
The colourful display, made with giant numbers and beanstalks, hosts pupils’ storytelling time.
The school, in Monkton Avenue, has also recently received a positive Ofsted report and headteacher Martin Greenwood said: “We are delighted that the report recognises the impact of the school on children’s behaviour and learning.
“It is great to know that the parental community views the school so strongly and that their children learn well, behave well and are happy and cared for.”
