YOUNGSTERS got stuck into crafts, songs and story-telling at two events in Hutton last weekend.
The two Candlemas family fun and worship events were held at Hutton Primary School on Saturday and Sunday.
At the events, organised by St Mary’s Church, children aged up to 11 and their parents created some edible treats and other crafts, play with puppets and took part in a variety of songs.
The Candlemas celebration, held annually on February 2, commemorates the presentation of the baby Jesus in the temple.
