Children from North Somerset were busy crafting over the festive period, creating art based on their favourite video game characters.

Sidcot Holiday Club, based at Sidcot School, hosted a Pokémon crafting session this week, with pupils showing off their art skills recreating their favourite characters from the game.

The youngsters’ creative juices were clearly flowing, making a range of Pokémon-inspired masterpieces including colourful posters, impressive models and handy key rings.

During the rest of the Christmas break, the holiday club was busy with other art projects and a woodwork activity.
