YOUNGSTERS at one school were paid a visit by a holy guest for a special talk.

The Rev Peter Price talked about his experience of the political upheaval in Northern Ireland and the role of Christianity during a lunch with the The Kings of Wessex Academy’s Christian Union group, at the school in Station Road, Cheddar.

The Rev, a Bishop of Bath and Wells also sat in on an RE lesson and toured the academy with students.

Joanna Slade, Cheddar Valley churches schools’ worker, said: “‘It was a privilege for all of us to have a chance to listen to the Bishop’s testimony about his journey with God and a reminder of the different ways in which God works in all our lives.”
