A CHILDREN’S author brightened up pupils’ day by dropping into their school to read her latest book.

Di Toft, who lives in Portishead, talked through writing her new book Wolven: The Twilight Circus and read out extracts. The author’s latest book is the second in a series of three books. The final book is set to be published in May next year.
