CAR-MAD pupils got behind the wheel and under the bonnet to learn basic mechanics.
The children enjoyed the visit of Jonathan Coleman from Howards Peugeot, who brought a vehicle for them to study.
They learned about and operated windscreen wipers, headlights, brake lights and exhaust pipes.
Teacher Becky Jones said: "I want to thank Jonathan because the children have been completely inspired in class with their role-play and half my class room has become a garage and workshop.
