A CHAMPION chess player is now coaching others at the game.
Sam Gower helped set up a club at Priory Community School in Worle last month.
It is already attracting players from years seven to 11 and is one of 70 period six subjects at the school in Queensway.
Sam is a teacher at the school, but has also become a champion chess player over the years, playing for Fife in the Scottish national league and winning a big competition in Germany.
