Young people in a North Somerset village were given the chance to get their hands dirty and create some tasty chocolate treats.

The Congresbury Youth Partnership organised a chocolate and cooking day at the youth club off Kent Road, to entertain youngsters as the school holidays got under way.

Children learned how to create a range of chocolate delicacies, such as muffins, and were able to taste the fruits of their labours at the end of the session.

The young people also enjoyed a session of crafts and cookery during the afternoon.
