PUPILS welcomed a children’s author to school as part of its literacy week on Monday.
Various activities have taken place at St Andrew’s Primary School in Congresbury over the last few days, culminating in Anna Wilson’s visit.
She told the kids how she came up with her stories and helped inspire them to write their own.
Last week the children dressed up in their pyjamas for a bedtime story and fathers were also invited to a reading and bacon sandwich session with their kids.
