North Somerset Council has begun surveying children about the library services they use in the district.

Children up to the age of 16 are being asked to complete a questionnaire by October 29 as part of a national survey which is conducted every three years.

Visitors to libraries in the district will be asked to fill out an anonymous form, with parents permitted to complete the survey on behalf of children under the age of seven.

The survey aims to diagnose issues within libraries which are inhibiting satisfaction and identify solutions.
