Weston's MP gave pupils lessons in democracy before they went to the ballot boxes last week for positions on both the school and eco councils.
Keah, Keetan, Ella, Tayla, Adam, Caitlyn, Indea, Abbie and Jade were successful in gaining places on the school body.
The eco group consists of Ellie, Jade, Ella, Lauryn, Callie, Charlotte, Alice, Dominic, James and Ethan.
