EIGHTEEN Weston College students will swap the classroom for the beach to run a school rugby competition later this year.
The nine men and nine women who have passed a Rugby Leaders Foundation Course backed by the Rugby Football Union, will get to put their skills to the test and help out at the tournament.
Weston College Rugby Director, Chris Hurd, said: “The students were helped to develop practical and leadership skills to use in the community and at Weston College events.
“All will be helping out at the annual Tag Rugby Tournament on the beach for local secondary schools in September.”
