A NEW confidence-building course is being launched for single parents in Weston’s south ward.
The free course will help parents improve their confidence and self-esteem, including how to deal with stress, help with setting goals and listening skills.
The course is being run by westonworks and CSV, a national charity helping people back into learning and work.
It is open to all single parents in south ward, including the Bournville, Oldmixon, Coronation and Potteries estates.
It will be run on Friday mornings for five weeks and there is funding available for child care. For more information ring 01934 426260.
