Seven children from a Weston primary school who follow the rules ‘in an exceptional way’ were given a treat.

The youngsters from Windwhistle Primary School, based on the Bournville estate, visited Puxton Park in Hewish after receiving ‘gold’ awards in the school’s merit system recognising good behaviour.

Headteacher Lyn Hunt said: “It was a well-deserved treat for them.”
